The '75 did not come equipped with a pre-pump in the tank,like the '85.Many of the older cars were updated with a Volvo pre-pump kit.If your car does not have the conversion,you would see best results by using the '85 tank,pumps and lines complete.The '85 system is tank-filter sock-prepump-main pump-filter-FI system.
