You are absolutely correct. The three fastners are turned 90 degrees and will pull out. Carefully lift the door pockets up, and away from the door panels. Then you can access the phillips screws and the thimbles that allow the door pockets to attach. The remainder of the door panel is straightforward, with the caveat...When removing the armrest, remove all three screws, and then you have to rotate the armrest to allow the tang in the top of the door pull to clear the slot in the door frame. When reinstalling the armrest, index the upper pull into the slot, and rotate the armrest down to the correct position. It is easier than it sounds.
