Yes, you will have to do it again.
First check and make sure your timing gears on the cams are centered in their bolt holes.
Being sure there is no slack on the drive side of the belt. Meaning the belt is tight between exhaust and intake cams, and is tight between the intake cam down to the crankshaft. If the bolt holes were centered then you are leaving too much slack between those points. Make sure the belt is truly seated on the crank pulley, one of those guard bolts is extra long I think and can hinder placement on the crank.
I would not take any chances with anything but perfection on this, one slip and you will have to start all over with another head.
