Thread/bolt size for front brake backing plates? 200 1990

Dear Bonzo;

I week ago I changed a strut on a 1982 240. Th bolts(3) that held the backing plate to the spindle were 12mm, The threads were 10 mm long and had a pitch of 1.25 on the thread gauge. The one I replaced it with was from an '88 240 and the recycler said they were the same for all years.
