Modified '79 242GT 200

In Houston on work, and flipping through craigslist, I come across this:

1979 Volvo 242GT--RARE CAR-- with an 1986 740 turbo motor--obo - $3950 , which leaves me with the question, are those minilights or some other wheel that I don't recognize? They don't quite look like the GT wheels... thoughts?

They are Minlites. I used to have a set of them that I bought for my 1971 240-Z. I wish I still had them both (car and wheels). They were a bear to keep clean without them turning blue.

Huh. I didn't realize that you could get them or similar for a 240... though I suppose it shouldn't be any surprise that they would be (or would've been) available.

IPD sells them. They're not true Minilites though. They're called Superlites. They don't list them for 240 series cars but they're listed in the 140 series section. 24mm offset means they're pretty close to the stock 20mm of the 240 series...
