If they looked good and hadn't been stored in the sun or high heat all that time, then I'd probably use them. I would definitely avoid any combination of high speeds and high temperatures though. The soft rubber and construction of snow tires leaves them more susceptable the effects of heat and therefore overheating (leading to tread separation) regardless of age, so I'd be sure to remove them promptly in the spring.
