89 240 Idle rough, running rich 200 1989

By the number of posts about FPRs over the years it would seem they fail often. I have not had one fail, but others have. I have had rough idle and a lean condition which caused the engine to push more fuel. I would look for a vacuum leak. Depending on where it is they can start small so that you don't really notice until they get worse. My example is a small intake manifold gasket leak. Aren't bothered that much at first until the gasket "hole" starts to get bigger.
