2 more things. Dirty throttle body assembly and/or air idle control valve can cause all sorts of weird driveability problems including stalling. Also, loose battery cable connections and corrosion at fuse block.

You could also try a good ol' fashioned Italian tune up- that can solve some driveability problems as well! :)
