Although I tend to agree with Goatman, ie. replace the radiator, there is another way. On the radiator on my Eclipse, I had to reroute the upper hose with a sharp 90 degree bend where it comes out of the radiator because the new turbo interfered with the original hose location.

The approach I used was to cut the neck back on the existing rad fitting and fashioned a 90 degree bend using a brass sink drain trap that was cut in half. To connect the brass tube to the radiator I used normal JB weld, and a lot of it. I then let it set up for 24 hours and its been working for the past 3 years... no leaks.

In your situation you should rough up the outside of the remaining fitting with 60 grit paper. Then cut a piece of properly sized thin wall metal pipe and use JB Weld to affix it to the outside of the remaining fitting. Let it set up for 24 hours, then install.
