Hi Ted,

If you don't get it in the right hole, the assembly rattles and you can't adjust the beam pattern. DAMHIK



By the way, something else I discovered last time around on those lights: If you swap the backings left for right, you get some fresh plastic for new bolt heads. Don't you wish they'd have used stainless?
