When I called Bilstein they wanted me to measure the diameter of the shock hole.The thickness of the shock bolt .I don't own a caliper for doing these measurements and told them I didn't think I should have to go around getting detailed measurements in order to make a warranty claim.they said no measurement no exchange.Lifetime huh?
