It's the top hose that is likely to have trouble-- they cook because of the heat and the necks snap-- ask me how I know!

That said, getting a new rad would be a good idea-- the B280F heads can only be machined a small amount before the timing chains no longer fit right. Overheating is not something you want to do to one of these motors-- most mechanics don't want to touch them.
