Buying my 2nd Volvo: '91 245 - $450 and manual transmission? BUY IT 200

If the car is clean (physically) and does not have rust or some other fatal flaw, like accident damage or a trashed interior, how can you go wrong at $450? Also, a manual trans wagon for the 1990s is rare and worth a premium over the auto models.
