You may want to change the fuel pressure regulator. Check the hose for gas and if it holds a vacuum.

The next thing could be the coolant sensor wiring or the sensor for the fuel injection enrichment during warm up.

Need more information on condition that makes you suspect richness behavior.

How is the exhaust system breathing? Does the flow out increase as the engine rpm's are raised?
