Here are my badges on one of my cars. I use 3M's 5200, an adhesive/sealant that's absolutely waterproof (not merely water resistant) and essentially permanent [be sure to get the white fast-cure, as the slow cure takes a week]. It's used by boaters to seal equipment both on deck (above waterline) and also on the hull (below waterline) -- you can get it at any chandlery (that's a boat equipment shop, for landlubbers :-).

BTW, even the LED DRL's are being held by 5200.
