"There is no fuel pump fuse under the hood. Did you mean the ECM fuse (25A blade fuse) near the battery??"

That blade fuse powers the Fuel relay and the pump, as well as both FI and Ignition ECM's and most all of their components except for the unfused Ignition Coil.

In '91 the 25A blade fuse functions were transferred to a fuse #6 (16A) on the inside fuse panel.
