When you inspect the car, look at the gaps between the front of the doors and the fenders. If the gap is wider at the bottom than the top, er, uh, the body is twisted and needs a few hours on a TRUSTED frame rack with an expert. A tweaked hood that is up on one corner and down on the other is a bad sign.
If the body is lined up, expect to replace A-arms, ball joints, inner and outer tie rods, engine and trans mount, along with possibly a steering rack. To inspect the steering rack, pull its boots back, if there is a bunch of fluid... you have your answer.
If you buy the car, make sure you loosen and retorque the bolts that hold the engine cross member to the frame rails.
On this one you might be a hero or a zero, your call. Any "twist" in the car body is a deal breaker.
