Dealership should have them. Volvo p/n 969032-2. As weather sates, there are two of them in your instrument cluster.

Google "Osram 12V 3W B10d" and you should get a lot of hits. Local parts houses might be able to help if you use this designation. I think it's fairly common in other makes.
