It's a bolt in. You'll need to install the steel engine mount brackets from the 122, the trans will be fine, although it's a small bearing output shaft, and the bellhousing brace on the B20 won't install on the early aluminum bellhousing. You'll have to keep the steel dust shield.
It is a great upgrade and the B20 will impress you if it's in good condition.
