740 GL - NO START/INJECTORS PUMPING TOO MUCH FUEL? 700 1990

Possibly the fuel pressure regulator has failed. Pull the vacuum hose off of it and ckeck for the presence of fuel in the vacuum port (indicating a failed diaphragm within the regulator). The lack of fuel dripping from there doesn't necessarily mean the regulator is still good. A pressure test at the fuel injector rail is the real test of regulator function.
