Lower A Arm Bushing (Rear of A arm) replacing. 200 1989

All you need is a hammer, at least in Tennessee. Just be aware that poly bushings have their downsides. Poly gets suggested on this forum on a constant basis, but it is NOT to everyones liking and the downsides are never laid out when it is suggested. There is more than one reason that rubber is the OEM choice and NOT poly. Do your own research and decide for yourself before laying out the dough and doing all the work.
