It really depends on the fuel you've been using .... 200 1986

I would say that it mostly depends on the kind of fuel you've been using.

If you've been using the cheapest stuff in the neighborhood, it may have been low on detergents. Modern injectors are pretty robust, and while they can stand up to a lot, good fuel detergency is always a help.

If you've been using a good grade of national name-brand fuel, you probably don't need injector reconditioning.
