tips on restoring un-pitted but deeply faded corona wheels 200

A while back I refinished some corona wheels and came out great. It was a lot of work.I used a heavy duty paint remover to completely remove all the finish then I used some metal prep and last but not least 3 coats of spray paint and 2 coats of clear.I got all the paint from Eastwood and the paint remover locally,I think it was called "rock...." something.Esatwood sells an avaiation grade paint remover, really strong stuff. If your wheels are in good condition you could just lightly sand them then paint/clearcoat.
Option 2 have them sandblasted then take them to a body shop have them painted with a 2 part epoxy paint/clearcoat.My buddy had his 850 wheels painted by a body shop,silver/clear they look brand new!
