164 Tensioner Pulley missing Bearings 140-160

Does anyone have one of these not in use, this is the pulley that goes between the air pump and ac compressor on the 75' models. I recently took mine off after taking off all the ac components and noticed it's missing half the bearings because of a bent clip on the back. Heres a pic for reference.

I have one of those among my parts--I looked at it to see how it's assembled--the bearing in mine is rough. You need to remove the snap ring that's visible in your photo--that will allow you to press/smack the pulley/bearing off the shaft/bracket. The bearing is secured in the pulley by another snap ring--on the back side (that's probably the bent clip you mentioned). With that second snap ring removed you should be able to press/smack the bearing out of the pulley. If the numbers are not readable bring the works to a bearing supplier--they should be able to match it by the dimensions. I'd figure about $10 for the bearing. -- Dave

If it is like the AC tensioner that is a standard bearing that should be available at any bearing store. If the other side has a hex head so that you can unscrew it, that is how you change the bearing. What is the pulley diameter and arm length (center to center)?
