I would agree that rouge colored coffee droplets would look bad when they dry... Just kidding here, I make my share of typos as well. Since I almost never have a passenger with me while driving my 245s around, I welded up a plate on the side of a piece of aluminum pipe and screwed that to the passenger side of the console. It holds my morning mug of mud just fine, and once a month, I take some rehydrating solution of some kind and clean off the mess.
