If you are talking about something to put in the oil, I'd just say no! Most of the engine oil flushes are just kerosene or something of the like that eats oil. Keywords: EATS oil. Think about it. You pour it in run the engine for 5 minutes or so then drain the oil. Sure it will clean out some gunk. Thing is you will not get it all out. It will continue to "eat" your new oil! It don't like that! An oil flush like that should only be a last ditch effort to save a bad motor. And then I'd change the new oil and filter after 500 miles or less max.
An oil flush I like is switching to synthetic oil. It will clean your engine out quite well. So well I like to change the filter only after 500-1000 miles after the switch.
I was hesitant to switch to synthetic but finally did it and I must say that it has made a huge difference.
Whatever you do, pick one quality brand of oil and use nothing else. Using different brands causes problems because of the differences in the additive packages.
