Update on head issue.... 700

From the Volvo Green Book titled Section 2(21), Reconditioning Engine, page48:

"Exhaust valves on turbo engines are stellite coated and must not be machined. They can only be grouped [?] with lapping paste against valve seat. If stellite coating is removed valves will lose heat resistance."

But on page 5 of the same book, it says:

"IMPORTANT: Valves are stellite coated and must not be machined, only ground-in with paste against seat, according to method in op E 28, page 48."
Note that here they do not specify exhaust valves only.

Either all the valves are stellite coated or just the exhaust valves on the turbo engines. Due to the conflicting statements in the manual, I am not sure which.
