The #28582 looks like the hose that you cut in half to put the heater valve in. I just checked in Brunhilde, and am nearly sure that you don't need any other hose. Hold the hose in where the hose from the head to the heater goes, with the "U-turn" end at the firewall (it goes on the heater inlet), and you will see where you have to cut the other "U-turn," the one in the middle of the hose, to put the heater valve in it. Be sure to cut it cleanly and square.
