There are several sets of bushings -- I've done them all, using poly bushings from IPD. Mostly it was easy, but one part was hard!

Easy:
1) the sway (or antiroll) bar has two sets: one set holds the bar to the "frame" with a bracket -- easy job.
2) the other sway bar bushings consists of two sets (on each side) at both ends of the "links" between the sway bar's ends and the control arm (or "A" arm). Really easy, especially if you have a ratcheting wrench (lots of little strokes).
3) the control (or "A") arms have two sets of bushings. One is the rear bushing -- it's huge, and held in a bracket at the bottom of the bulkhead, but easy to change. Generally easy, but the sleeve around the bushing may be a little frustrating to reinstall.

Hard:
The remaining bushing is the front control arm bushing. The main difficulty is in removing the old bushing -- it's in a metal sleeve pressed into the arm, and some shops just can't figure out how to press it out (as unbelievable as that sounds) because it's in an awkward location.
Frankly, it's easiest to just buy new control arms (about $90 each), and they won't have any bushings or sleeves installed, so you can easily slip in any kind (rubber or poly) that you want to.
