FWIW, my 240 came with the belly pan missing as well. Prior to a very long road trip, I bought an aluminium one off a local Aussie supplier:

On my previous 740T which had a missing one as well, the addition of an undertray from FCPGroton improved fuel economy by about a litre every 100km.
