quick rotor question 200 1989

If it is damp weather, and you're getting shocked by an ignition cable, I'd suspect that the cable is "leaky".

I tend to keep spare old cables. I'm not going to throw out the whole set if one is bad (eg. resistance is off).

There's a very recent post re: rotor resistance

I don't recall the resistance of the distributor cap carbon brush.
