    For a '90 240, you can go aftermarket... or Volvo. Aftermarket ones are cheaper, but good gawd are they *loud*.

      The genuine Volvo in-tank pump I installed last year is obnoxiously loud, yet is otherwise performing just fine. So it's not just aftermarket pumps...
