That's exactly what mine looked like before I jumpered it. I made a short jumper with a T-Tap at each end. I connected one end of the jumper to the wire coming out of the FRONT of the black & amber plastic block and connected the other end to the FRONT side of the long slender, amber colored plastic connector. Here is what it looks like today (this is the best pic I could get). When I installed it I removed the top of the air filter housing for easier access.
