How to check the brake light switch 900 1995

54 gets its voltage from the Brake Pedal switch. If you have 12V there, your Switch is working. The Voltage passes through the Bulb Failure Sensor and out on 54R and 54L. If you have 12V at 54L and 54R then your problem is between there and the Brakelights... not your Brake Switch.
