Seafoam - Spray Injector Cleaner - Anyone tried it yet? Does it work? 200

Seafoam works in only two forms... lubricating hinges and schit AND spraying into combustion chambers if you plan to store a vehicle for more than, say... forever? Which you're not, so view it as just a messy version of silicon spray (which spray isn't?)

If you wanna clean the intake area just pull the intake and replace the manifold gasket, TB gasket, get new seals on the FI's, Clean/Replace the Flame trap tubes.
My favorite is to take the manifold to the DIY car wash and blast every inch of it. While you're at it soak the duct-work (bellows for you older guys) in some "Go-Jo water" and air-blast them dry (or leave them in the sun for an hour)
Spray that Seafoam into the Idle Air Valve.
Bust the gunk out of the Flame trap.
My trick to the TPS is to grind notches into the mounting flange edges to make a perfect re-match during install.
Check your vacuum and enjoy the extra 2-5mph you get... if not, you will have eliminated 85% of your potential vacuum leaks.
Order the parts, you're in an old car that probably needs them.
