High NOx emissions failure - 740 Turbo 700

Dont disregard exhaust manifold, even if you changed 4 years ago. Gaskets can fail. Or not done properly at first.
I found a really tiny leak, underneath the manifold, Crawling on ground was necessary. Sealing it dropped my nox from almost 800 to around 50.
I wonder if leaking head gasket could play a role?
