You just need a can of 3M 77 adhesive and a strong fabric. I used fiberglass cloth, you get it in the body repair section of a auto parts store. I have also read here where another BB'er used denim cloth. That would most likely give you the same strength and a softer surface. Did the seat rebuilt a couple of years ago with the fiberglass on both the seat back and a pup bottom seat cushion. 40K miles later the seat is still holding up quite well. Just spray the back of the cloth and let it get nice and tacky before you stick it to the seat foam.
Good Luck,
Paul
