That Cealdi thing is weird. I checked that profile and it is a different user. The Brickboard database must be confusing the two of you and pulling her alias sometimes when you are posting. Probably a minor programming error...
Anyway, I would start with new air filter, plugs, plug wires, distributor cap and rotor. Then you will be starting from "zero or scratch" with all your basic tune up parts. Cleaning the throttle body is always a good idea. If the mileage doesn't significantly improve post back and we can go from there.
