Wet weather and a 240 won't start 200 1991

Hello from rain soaked Los Angeles,

As you all know we're getting insane amounts of rain. Has anyone ever heard or encounter a 240 not starting due to high humidity?

Here's the story: My 200,000 miler has been running just fine. I didn't drive it for 24 hours, the rain came and when I went to start it, the starter cranked but it would start. It was low on gas so I put some in. Still no starting. So I let it sit another 24 hours and was about to take it to an independant shop and thought to try once more. With hesitation it started! I drove it around for an hour and it felt just like it did before. That was yesterday. I just tried to start it and it did the same thing. It turns over but does start up.
