It is pretty much all hype, especially now that cars have oxygen sensors to control
combustion mixture.
One thing you can count on is that all 3, if used in any substantial concentration,
will attack polymeric (rubberlike) seals in the fuel system and probably also hoses,
making them swell more than gasoline alone. So if you stop using them, then the seals
will shrink back to their pre-swollen size and will most likely leak.
All 3 of them will also attack paint, gasket sealers, etc.
They are also not cheap and are hazardous, toxic chemicals with low flash points.
