The performance exhaust, or the normal one? The performance exhaust is supposed to be an improvement, although noisier. Since the components are all sourced from Starla I would expect the same quality and fitment issues as with the standard kit.

The genuine Volvo kit (273989) is of superb quality, and you can get it from Tasca Volvo (or one of the other dealers who offer discount internet pricing) quite cheaply. I think I got the kit shipped to me last summer for just over $150 total (price before shipping is something like $137). The kit by Starla (like what you get from FCP Groton and IPD) is frankly cheapo crap AND costs more.
