Swap RSR relay for the Cooling fan relay(near it) see if makes a difference(They are interchangeable). Have you checked for codes? Next time it does this pull a spark plug after extended cranking and see if it is "wet" with fuel, this can point you in right direction.

Thanks, I will swap relays. My wife was driving when it would not start. I just went to tow it home and it started right up. I let it warm up turned it off and it restarted ok.
