I've got the cam from Unitek/Mike Aero and the 003 header on my na B230. Like others it's not high performance but it does make a difference.

Call Mike and tell him what you want and he'll give you the staight info.

I bought his cam/header combo shipped for about 650us. I rented the iPD cam shim kit and tool for this upgrade.
