1986 240 automatic transmission problem 200 1986

If the rod is indeed missing and you don't have a self-service junkyard nearby, let me know. I have a nice spare one that I pulled last summer when doing tranny work on a friend's car, $15 should cover my cost and shipping.

But hopefully all you're going to need is one circlip and perhaps the nylon shifter bushings, all available fairly cheaply at the dealer. When I bought mine, I bought 2 sets of circlips simply because they have an unfortunate tendency to pop off and vanish during installation.
