FCP Groton sells the aftermarket ones for $15 each. Compared to the real ones from Volvo, the wires are less flexible and the protective sheath is thinner and less flexible.

Or get them from Tasca. Part numbers are 3544695 (left, $39.10) and 1348019 (right, $18.25).
