Before you run out and replace the fuel pump. Couple tests you can do.
1. After you attempt to start, pull a plug and see if its wet or dry. Dry, no fuel or injectors not opening. Wet, no spark,weak spark, or spark at the wrong time.
2. Jumper around the fuel relay and see if you can hear the pump run
3. Jumper around radio suppression relay see if it will start
4. Pull vacuum line off fuel pressure regulator, if you smell fuel or fuel drips out, its bad
