Water pumps do have weep holes. When bearing or seals go bad on the pump, this weep hole is a telltale sign to replace it. The fact that you had two waterpumps leak AND a radiator pop.. leads me to believe you might have a Head Gasket failure that is cranking up the pressure on these coolant components
