I was not suggesting that it was a sudden loss of compression that was causing the no start.
A major component of an engine's compression is the ability of the rings to seal between the piston and the cylinder wall. If you have been experiencing wet plugs you have also been washing the cylinder walls and rings with gasoline. That will wash away your oil and its sealing power.
It sounds like you have been doing a number of things numerous times. The plugs have been out of the car multiple times. At least one other person has suggested that you add oil to the cylinders to rule out low compression as a cause of your no start. You could well have fixed whatever the problem was but with the added cylinder washing the compression might be too low.
As you yourself have pointed out you need fuel, ignition and compression. You have worked hard at chasing (and apparently eliminating) fuel and ignition. Why are you so insistant that it is not a compression problem but will not do something as simple as squirt a couple of tablespoons of oil into each cylinder and establish the oil seal on the rings that has probably been compromised??
