I don't know of any, but if there were they'd likely be as expensive or more so than some good PnP complete units.
If the reason you want lenses is due to the standard discoloration, factory included at no extra charge, hehe, then you may get good results by following the clean/polish procedure in the FAQ. It works pretty well on 7/9 lights.
I don't recall if this part is in there;
Start with 2000 wet or dry sandpaper, wet, then go to scratch polish, possibly with a buffing wheel to make it go faster.
This may be sufficient, but I usually take the unit out and clean the inside, especially using alcohol.
