alternator ground 200

Insalled new alternator in my 89 245. Got the alternator at autozone. It did not come with the same ground post as the old one, so I tapped a small screw into the case. The problem is this screw has worked itself loose twice since the install.
When it is lose I get a no-charge condition. If i tighten up the screw, I am all set. Any ideas on how to prevent this screw from coming loose? Or should I tap a new screw and run a new wire to a better ground spot.

Thanks
